I wanted to play with the idea of anonymity. These two clips are sounds that everyone does everyday, but do you recognize them without the actual action in front of your eyes. I wish i had more time to interview different people, but it is an awkward situation recording sounds that people do to get ready in the morning. Ultimately do we realize what our morning routine's sound like without the action of us actually doing them.

Your Audio project is hilarious! I love the concept of anonymity (I can't say it either haha) and you executed the theme through the audio piece very nicely. At first I was thrown off by the distortion, but quickly grew attached to the element of mystery that it added to the experience. It was definitely a lot of fun to listen to!

Bathroom, totally gutsy. Brushing teeth, hilarious. I like the idea of wondering that everyone does these things but do they recognize the sounds. I think some I did but some I didn't. I think that the concept itself is still just ingenious.

Well one things for sure your morning routine is a lot more exciting than mine. I never even thought of the sound we make in our morning routine, so I thought that was a clever idea.Overall I feel that your work was effective, well done.

The fact that you had the audacity to do this ups my respect for you by 1000%. I love the concept and the theme behind it, and, really, it's nice that for once it's the sounds that make us laugh instead of the mentioning of our morning...er... "actions". The static-y distortion of the piece also, to me, makes it feel more real because of the fact that when I get up in the morning I'm not precisely aware of everything around me. Still sleepy. Eyes barely open. Badly needing to dunk my head under water. Not hearing everything. Funny how a recording on a....just a little handheld recorder, was it, or phone? can do that.

I really liked the bathroom and teeth brushing portion of this! I can't believe you actually recorded the bathroom scene, very brave! hahaha. It's funny how we don't really ever pay attention to our morning routines, or at least the sounds of it. You really brought to light the rather interesting noises accompanying our routines. Nice job! :)

I thought this was really cool, I never think of what my morning routine sounds like because I'm not completely aware in the morning. I liked the distortion because it led you guessing what action you were doing and I thought everything you included, even the bathroom, was awesome and worked well!

I thought this project was fun! I liked that you used the bathroom because every time you used water I couldn't make out on whether or not you were flushing the toilet or using the sink. I also felt like I was a part of your usual morning routine. Overall it was fun!

I was in the same boat as Bianca, because at first the distortion confused me. Right around you peeing was when I adjusted and could actually hear things. What I love about this is that it makes you pay attention to things that you normally just breeze through.

I loved your idea. And it was interesting trying to guess each action. Usually people don't take the time to realized how robotic we tend to be in how we all do the same things over and over almost every day

I love you idea of what we do in the morning! lol When I was listening to your audio project I was just sitting there thinking about how I sound like when I wake up and get ready for the day, makes you think. I really enjoyed listening to your project :)

It was fun attempting to guess what each sound came from and recognizing it allowed a personal perspective that bordered on the intrusive. It makes one wonder what one sounds like each day and if the sounds are routine.

You did a good job recording the sounds of your day, the audio quality is a little on the rough side but honestly people are so used to hearing these things that I think the fact it was a little bit off helped the listener focus and try to decipher what was what action.
